AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and StylingDrop (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the www.stylingdrop.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
The Site provides an online service for professional personal styling and shopping guidance. Customers can choose between three service packages offered by StylingDrop (the “Service Offerings”).
By accessing the Site and/or the Service Offerings, you agree that you have read, understood, and will be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
The Site is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. Minors under the age of 18 must have parental consent and supervision to use the Site.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and the Service Offerings are proprietary to StylingDrop. All content including text, graphics, images, logos, designs, and software (collectively, the “Content”) are owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may access and download portions of the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. No Content may be copied, reproduced, sold, or exploited commercially without our express written permission.
USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Site, you represent that:
- All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
- You are legally capable of entering into these Terms.

SERVICE OFFERINGS
StylingDrop offers three personal styling packages. Descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change at our discretion. We do not guarantee that the results will meet individual expectations.
PAYMENTS
We accept payments via major credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and other available payment methods at checkout.You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.
Prices may be displayed and charged in different currencies depending on your location. Any currency conversion is handled automatically at checkout by the payment provider. StylingDrop is not responsible for any additional fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
REFUNDA AND CANNCELLATIONS
Due to the nature of our digital service, all sales are final once a package is purchased and the service has started. However, if you have not yet received any service, you may cancel your package within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, in compliance with EU consumer rights.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIE
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unauthorized commercial purposes.
- Collect user information for spam or other unauthorized purposes.
- Upload harmful software or viruses.
- Violate intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Engage in illegal activity on the Site.
USER CONTENT

StylingDrop provides professional styling advice. We are not responsible for personal decisions made by clients based on our recommendations. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service.
